Tektite is a tiny living studio, set up for convenience and comfort right on the pool deck. The comfortable Queen bed is a tall custom storage bed locally built just for Tektite. The base of the bed provides 1 large drawer, a shelf with basket for storage on top, beach/pool towels and shoe storage below, and a cubby for your suitcase.
Tektite has a small but mighty kitchenette that is stocked with coffee, a gallon of water, and salt/pepper/oil to get you started. You will find a mini-fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle, hot plate, toaster oven, microwave and all the utensils for preparing a meal at home. Tektite has been updated to include A/C.
To the left of the kitchenette is the vanity area with a space for hanging clothes below the counter and mirror. The bathroom is set up much like a boat with a “wet room” containing shower and toilet. The sink is utilized both as bathroom and kitchen sink.
There is a TV with Roku for all of your streaming wishes. It is set up with Hulu and Netflix, and you can add your information to additional app subscriptions you have.
A small cooler and beach chairs are provided. For rainy days, or just fun times, there are a number of games on the pool deck. The pool, pool deck, and gas grill, and amenities provided there are shared with all rentals. There is a community laundry that is preloaded with detergent, and a signup sheet for use. Due to the size and design of Tektite the maximum occupancy is 2 adults. Due to the location beside the pool Tektite is only able to accommodate persons over the age of 18.
