As you enter Cow Rock, the largest rental at Bogies, the open floor plan leads from the living area, to the kitchen and the large private deck. Just off the deck is a large Mango tree, that provides wonderful shade in the afternoon, and if you’re lucky and it’s fruiting while your here we will share!
The open great room provides comfortable seating for 4 and a Smart TV to stream your shows or movies via the provided WiFi. We have accounts set up for your use on Netflix and Hulu, any other apps you are welcome to input your own information for access.
Cow Rock is equipped with a full kitchen with dishwasher and all the utensils needed for preparation and dining at home. Enjoy your meal al fresco at the dining table (now located on your private deck), or at the kitchen island. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, and a gallon of water, and salt/pepper/oil to get you started. There is an electric grill on the private deck, or a shared gas grill on the pool deck.
Cow Rock can be rented as either a 1 King Bedroom w/ ensuite bath, or a 2 bedroom/2 bath. When rented as a 1 bedroom you will have access to the King room, and all Cow Rock has to offer, the 2nd bedroom and hall bath will remain locked. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, A/C, blinds, and room darkening curtains.
A small cooler, and beach towels are provided in the hall closet, beach chairs are available in the parking area.. For rainy days, or just fun times, there are a number of games on the pool deck. The pool, pool deck, and gas grill, and amenities provided there are shared with all rentals. There is a community laundry that is preloaded with laundry detergent, and a sign up sheet for use.
